Your live course, in one place.

Trecentra is a private platform for teachers who run cohort courses. The video lesson, the slides, homework, tests and every student’s progress live together, under your name.

In use today. A Georgian-language trading course teaches its cohort on Trecentra three evenings a week.

A live course usually lives in five places.

Teaching the lesson is the part you are good at. The rest is glue between tools that were never meant to work together, and your students pay for it in missed links and lost files.

Before

  • A video-call link pasted into a chat before every lesson

  • A shared drive for slides, in a folder nobody can find

  • A group chat for questions, lost under the jokes

  • A form for quizzes, graded by hand

  • A spreadsheet for who came, who submitted, who passed

Each tool works on its own. Together they leave a student hunting for the link one minute before the lesson.

With Trecentra: one lesson page

  • The live roomopens on the lesson page
  • Slides and recordingsreleased after the session
  • Homeworkanswered and reviewed in place
  • The testgraded the moment it is sent
  • Questionskept under the lesson they are about
  • Attendancepresent, late or absent, per session

Everything a cohort course needs, built in.

Each part was built for a real course with real students, and each one is in use every week.

A live classroom inside the platform

The video room runs on our own server and opens right on the lesson page. Students can join 10 minutes before the start. You moderate the room, and you end the lesson for everyone when you are done. A lesson that runs long simply keeps going.

Lessons, slides and recordings

Stages, weeks and lessons, with a roadmap students can follow. Each lesson has its topics, a summary, materials, the slides in a built-in viewer and the recording, released after the session.

Homework you can review

Tasks sit on the lesson. Students answer with text, a link or an image; answers wait in your review queue until you accept them or ask for more, with the whole feedback history kept.

Tests that show you who missed what

Single and multiple choice are graded on the spot, with a pass mark, a set number of attempts and an explanation for each question. Short written answers come to you. For every question you see who got it wrong and the most common wrong answer.

Test 3: results per questionPass mark 70%, 2 attempts
  • Which chart suits a trend over time?92% correct
  • What does the median ignore?41% correctMost common wrong answer: C. Nine students chose it.
  • When do you drop a duplicate row?77% correct

Attendance and progress

Mark each session present, late, absent or excused. Progress brings together attendance, homework and tests, and students write a short weekly review that you answer.

Announcements, questions and email

Post announcements to the cohort. Students ask questions under the lesson they are about. Lesson reminders and notices go out by email with your name on them, and everyone chooses which ones they get.

  • Lesson 9 moves to Thursday
  • 3 new questions on lesson 8

A glossary and a library

Keep the course’s terms in one searchable glossary, and the books, links and files you recommend in a resources library.

Georgian and English, on any screen

Everyone picks their language and a light or dark theme. Every page works on a phone, so students can follow a lesson from anywhere.

How a cohort runs.

  3. Teach live

Students join from the lesson page. You run the room, then end the lesson for everyone.

    14 of 16 joined
  4. Assign homework

Tasks appear on the lesson. Answers land in your queue, and you accept them or ask for more.

    2 answers to review
  5. Test

Students take the lesson's test and get their result at once, with explanations after their last attempt.

    Passed, 85%
  6. Review

Attendance, progress and weekly reviews show who is keeping up, so you can step in before anyone falls behind.

    Week 3 reviews: 15 in

Questions teachers ask.

Something else on your mind? Write or call; the answer usually takes a minute.

What kind of course is Trecentra for?

Any course taught live to a group that moves through it together: languages, coding, design, finance, exam preparation. If you teach on a schedule and give homework and tests, it fits. A Georgian-language trading course runs on it today.

Do my students need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, including the live video room. Students open the lesson page and join the call from there, starting 10 minutes before the lesson.

Can anyone sign up?

No. There is no public sign-up. You invite each student by email, and the invitation link is the only way in. Instructor accounts can add a second sign-in factor from an authenticator app.

What happens if a lesson runs long?

Nothing is cut off. The room stays open well past the planned end, and the lesson finishes when you end it for everyone.

Where are slides and recordings kept?

In private storage. Slides open in a viewer on the lesson page once the session is over, and recordings are released the same way. Every file is checked against the student's access before it is sent.

Which languages does it speak?

The interface is in Georgian and English, and each person picks their own. Your course content can be in any language.

Where is our data hosted?

On Microsoft Azure in the European Union. Sign-ins, invitations and changes to the course are written to an audit log.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the package, the size of your cohorts and how much setup you want from us. Write or call, tell us about your course, and we will send a price.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The demo at demo.trecentra.com opens a sample course with no registration, so you can look around as an instructor and as a student.

Tell us about your course.

What you teach, how many students, how often you meet. We will show you the platform with your course in mind and send a price for the package that fits.
